Add words/phrases to the Dragon Copilot vocabulary

Add a word/phrase

1. Under Settings , select Library > Vocabulary.

2. Select New item.

3. Enter the word/phrase you would like to add.

4. Record audio of yourself pronouncing the word/phrase, and add one or more spoken forms, if desired.
   
   Based on the word's spelling. If you want to record yourself pronouncing your vocabulary word/phrase, select Record pronunciation. When you are done recording, select Stop and save pronunciation. Recording audio is optional, and if none is provided, Dragon Copilot will base the pronunciation of the word/phrase on how it is spelled, including any spoken forms.
   
   Spoken form(s). Add one or more spoken forms if the word/phrase sounds or is pronounced different than it is spelled.

Edit a word/phrase

1. Under Settings , select Library > Vocabulary.

2. Select the word/phrase you wish to edit.

3. Make changes.

4. Select Save.

Insert a word/phrase

When you want to insert a word/phrase that you have added to the vocabulary, simply place the cursor where you want your word/phrase to go, turn on the dictation microphone in Dragon Copilot, and say the word/phrase or the spoken form.

Disable or delete a word/phrase

If you do not want Dragon Copilot to recognize a vocabulary word/phrase, you have the option to either disable or delete the word/phrase.

If you disable a word/phrase, it remains in your vocabulary list under Disabled. You can re-enable it from the list at any time.

If you delete a word/phrase, it is removed from your vocabulary list and must be re-added if you want to use the word again.
