Pin your apps to keep your most-used apps right at your fingertips.

Pin an app to the left side of Teams

  1. Select View more apps More options button on the left side of Teams.

  2. Right-click the app icon you want to pin.

  3. Select Pin  Pin icon.

Tip: Reorder everything on the left by dragging and dropping icons.

Unpin an app from the left side of Teams

Right-click an app icon and select Unpin  Chat unpin icon.

Pin an app in a channel or chat 

  1. Open a chat.

  2. At the top of the channel or chat, select Add a tab  Add an app or tab button.

  3. Select an app to add it.

Remove an app from a channel or chat

  1. Select the app tab you want to remove.

  2. Select the dropdown arrow next to its name.

  3. On the dropdown menu, select Remove  Delete button trashcan icon​​​​​​​.
